Water troubles

Fun thing about living in the middle of nowhere:

Sometimes, we can't use our water.
It starts off smelling toxic and looks slightly greenish or sometimes yellow. Then we have to tell Robert who texts us back saying not to drink it. Eventually it gets around to whoever deals with water around here and they shut it off, and we can't flush our toilets and end up going to school unshowered and dehydrated.
If this happens while at school, the cafeteria has to give us bottled water.
